I want John Thune to run for president in 2012. He’ll manhandle that skinny boy from Hawaii and take the White House with ease. But this Sarah Palin just won’t shut up.
How many Republicans agree that Palin is bad for the party? I know she has some good conservative values, but she is an absolute idiot. It pains me to watch her talk, especially about foreign policy. And, unfortunately, she knows nothing about domestic policy either.
I am not a republican, however I do not like her. It isn’t simply because my values lie with the opposing party, but I really do think that she does not know what she’s talking about. It kind of saddens me that people like her are allowed to be a prominent figure in the party. I think there are many more qualified and educated people, and I think that if she doesn’t get out of there quick, it will be bad news for the rest of the conservatives. I mean, really. You have no idea how many people think conservatives are just like her. I know there are many smart people in both political parties, and I think the animosity towards the conservatives from the liberals are because of her. The sooner she’s gone, the sooner a more qualified person can step up.

The President and Joint Chiefs are privy to sensitive information that the rest of us are not privy to. I highly doubt the President of the United States and the highest ranking members of each military branch have brought Palin into the "loop." Is this why Sarah Palin is not qualified to second guess the best military minds in the world.
We all have that opportunity, but the former governor should be taken about as seriously as any individual trying to make sense of life while sitting alone inside a local bar at 2:15 am on a weekend.
I have met many other women with stronger moral character than Sarah Palin in my life. I’ve never claimed Sarah Palin to be the best, but I can tell you all that she is the person with one of the best moral character in the world. Why do liberals hate good women ?
I hate Palin because she is a woman.
It seems as though the libs have an insatiable addiction for any and all Sarah Palin news, why is that?
because, like crack, she ruins lives
A look at one woman’s exciting trip to the NRA convention, where Sarah Palin spoke.

So I heard something about Sarah Palin holding a meeting on the saving and conversion of gays? What’s this about? And what do you think?
I read the articles about this, apparently she attends a church that distributes flyers for "praying away the gay". Since she has made no bones about her support for her ultra conservative Christian stances on matters that could affect public policy, this has to be taken into account when deciding on a candidate.
(Unfortunately, I don’t have the links to those articles. Try it on Google or Yahoo, key words "Sarah Palin" and "homosexuality".)
PLEASE HELP US SHARE THIS VIDEO.
On November 20, 2009, Sarah Palin visited Columbus, OH as part of her book signing tour for “Going Rogue.” When her supporters were asked broad questions about why they thought she should be president, the responses were vague: She’s “real.” She’ll “stick up for America.”
THERE ARE UNINFORMED OBAMA SUPPORTERS, TOO
It has been said in comments that we would find similarly talking point-driven, substance-less supporters at an Obama rally, and we agree. But no politician has emerged on the national stage as undefined and unqualified as Sarah Palin, and her public persona–which is anti-intellectual by definition–discourages substance. Instead, we get winking. One could hardly imagine her giving a complex speech about race in America, or speaking eloquently about our country’s relations with Islam. Not just because she couldn’t write such a speech (Obama has speech-writers, of course) but because she wouldn’t–such necessarily academic discussion is antithetical to the persona she’s created for herself and that her supporters have come to love.
CHERRY-PICKING
As for accusations of cherry picking, which are commonly thrown at interview-based videos, it simply isn’t what we did. We interviewed only a few more people than ended up in the video, not hundreds, and what was cut was done for time purposes. The people were selected at random–some offered to be interviewed–and we were only there for about 90 mins (it gets dark early and fast in Ohio right now). What didn’t make it into the video was just more footage of people talking generically or about taxes/spending, drilling, and abortion, and we constructed blocks in the piece to represent those issues. Of course the piece was edited to be entertaining (this is YouTube, after all, where the currency is cat videos) but we don’t believe we misrepresented the attitudes of the people at that signing in any way.

Sarah Palin’s Passport. I think it tells a lot about a person and their ability to get along with different groups of people, cultures and diverse opinions on how many countries they have visited.
To all of you people who think that NOT owning a passport is not a big deal: think again. THINK about it.
She is one step away from the President of the United States: the most powerful nation on Earth. We live in a diverse, globalized society and for a person to not have at least SOME international experience/perspective is frightening. It really does matter.
It is perfectly fine for a person to not have a passport – but not someone who is vying for the second office in the nation. Are you kidding me? My husband just got his passport in 2007 and he is 30 and NOT running for office. He was the one who broke the news to me because he was extremely shocked by it.
Not having some significant experience traveling outside of the U.S. is a vivid indication of the scope of her experience. If McCain dies or something happens to him – as has happened to other presidents in this nation’s history – then this individual will become President.
We are already falling behind because of the policies of the Bush Administration. (Bush, by the way, is another "non-traveller") We really can’t afford someone like her on the ticket.
I am a registered Independent. I can tell you that Obama is a risk (worth taking). His credentials far outweigh hers (besides the traveling):
