Therefore, the vote of the general public will not come in to play. The Super's will elect which ever candidate they deem is best for the Democratic party. Therefore to win, Hillary will need to convince the Super Delegates that she is the best candidate to nominate.<br><b>References : </b><br> Since neither Democratic candidate will have the required delegates to win the nomination (counting FL & MI or not), the super delegates will make the decision at the convention.
