What are the leading reasons those Democratic leaders who opposed Obama care bill are caving in? Personal rewards? Ego plays to make history? Promises of help to get a new job or re elected versus threats of party abandonment if they don’t vote for Obama care?
Is that right?
Because they are sick of republican fear mongering and tea bag tantrums.
They opposed the senate version of health care reform because it didn’t go far enough. Now they are deciding that half a loaf is better than none. They were never allies of the republicans; that was a pipe dream.
