This shows a real lack of judgment on her part. The US doesn’t like quitters, and we want some assurance that our politicians are there to serve the public. If she didn’t want to be a “lame duck” she could have served and done a good job. Also lame ducks often accomplish great things BECAUSE they don’t need to seek re-election or worry about polls. So her excuse is bullcrap.

bottom line is she was told loud and clear she didn’t have enough experience and yet she is so thickheaded she didn’t get that message, and quits the job that would give her some credibility. it is deadly frightening that we almost bought her candidacy and gave her high numbers during the campaign after knowing her for all of one week. The US deserves more than that. We can’t hire presidents the way we hire burger-flippers, after a 10-minute interview.
