Its my little brother who is 8, he got it for his bday,but my parents put a governor on it to make it go only 5 miles an hour! how do i take the governor off temporarily for when i ride it? im 13, and i wanna go a lot faster then 5 miles an hour. please and thank you? (:
behind the throttle on the handle bars their is a screw.
you need to unscrew the screw all the way so that you can push the throttle in all the way.
