What is the Republican plan for developing energy technology and grid of the future ?

that will not only help protect our environment but also wean us from our dependence on foreign oil and oil in general and keep the billions of dollars we now send away to OPEC in our own economy?

How long will the Republican inspired techology take to come on board and give us cars that do not use any fossil fuel at all?…for example.

Drill offshore and in Alaska for oil and natural gas to help us immediately and "wean" our dependence on foreign oil. Move forward with more nuclear power plants to replace coal. Let the private sector continue to work on the hydrogen engine.

Oh, and we get most of our foreign oil from Canada. Only 12% of our imported oil comes from the Middle East.

What’s the Democrat plan? "Tax, baby, tax"?

Well one Republican wanted to build a giant solar energy field, but stupid leftist animal lovers stopped it because a mouse that has never been seen in the building area, might be there, but no one knows and the area is not known to have that mouse. Thanks liberals.

That’s private industry’s job. Private industry makes money off of success, whereas the government gets paid for failure.

We’ll find an alternative for oil, but we have to run out of oil first.

Fun fact: If they charged an actual fee for electricity, instead of a government-mandated artificially low price, people would conserve more.

What’s the Democratic plan for helping all the poor (poorer) Arabs when the oil dollars dry up? Dependence runs two ways, sir. So, why are you anxious to launch the hunger missiles?

They have no plan. But at any rate they know a tax cut will take care of any problems that may arise.
