Palin is physically …
Palin is physically attractive without any doubt, however she is indeed bereft of any charisma. Thatcher was a somewhat intelligent woman; Palin could not be afforded such a description.
The most accurate description of Palin I have ever heard was written by Hitchens, when he describes her as: “a deceiving and unscrupulous woman utterly unversed in any of the needful political discourses but easily trained to utter preposterous lies and to appeal to the basest element of her audience”.
